Welcome to the Jazzmanblue Listening Room. Nothing is off limits here, and there is no telling what may be found when you arrive. My taste has widened over the many years, and so I find myself delving into a little bit of everything.

Posts to the listening room are connected to The Jazzmanblue Channel on YouTube, so as the whim to listen to a piece of music comes over me, I will over time likely be creating a video for it. When I do, the link will appear along with some thoughts about the piece and/or the artist.

This being a new idea, things will start small and grow over time. No telling how large the list will grow, or in what direction the page will go, but I’ve decided to dedicate some thought to that at a later date.

All things written here are my own opinion. I do not claim to be the musical equivalent of the Encyclopedia Britannica, but I am opinionated, and somewhat dogmatic to boot. Fairness and optimism are key however, so I will not post negative album reviews, and only comment on those artists and tunes I enjoy listening to and talking about.

Each artist will have their own tab, and I promise to do my best and keep them in alphabetical order. I plan to put in some links to move about easily as the list grows.

There are currently a number of videos on the YouTube channel which do not have a page or tab here as yet.  That is soon to be rectified, as a little more time is necessary to complete things.
